Catherine Coley is CEO of BAM Trading Services, overseeing the launch and operation of Binance.US, the digital asset marketplace in partnership with Binance, the global leader in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology. As a seasoned fintech veteran, Coley comes to Binance.US with combined experience at the crossroads of global capital and cryptocurrency markets. Most recently, Coley was Head of XRP Institutional Liquidity at Ripple, where she played an integral role in the evolution of trading infrastructure and market development. Her focus brought together global exchanges, custodians, market makers, fund managers, OTC desks, and institutional investors for improving global access to digital assets. Bringing institutional expertise to the cryptocurrency markets, Coley was previously on the FX trading floors of Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong and London. Coley also served as an FX Advisor at Silicon Valley Bank, leading the international payments and global treasury management for start-ups. Coley was a GLOBE Scholar at Chinese University of Hong Kong, Copenhagen Business School, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School.
