Palveshey (PV) currently serves as an independent Blockchain business consultant/strategist in conjunction with her role as a Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Where she provides insights on blockchain applications to Artificial Intelligence (AI) using quantum computing.
Previously, Palveshey served as a Research Associate through the Public Utility and Research Center (PURC) – Warrington College at the University of Florida (UF), where she presents lectures on Blockchain Technology and Token Economics for the World Bank International Program. In addition, she was the CEO and Co-Founder for Protonode Strategies, where she focused on revolutionizing digital finance economics while making blockchain information more accessible to the public through education, consulting, and cloud hosting.
While launching Protonode Strategies, Palveshey founded the Florida Blockchain Think Tank, a collaborative effort in striving to serve and connect blockchain enthusiasts, globally. Members included university students, alumni, faculty and local community. Her far-reaching efforts were global, influencing researchers and professionals from all backgrounds. The Think Tank has grown exponentially since its inception, since, attaining international membership/sponsorship, as well as partnership with the Chamber of Digital Commerce, in Washington, D.C., gearing focus towards international digital economics and regulatory compliance.
Prior to these efforts, Palveshey held a variety of senior management positions: She founded Pixel Perfect Propaganda, developing a team of digital media professionals, who provide integrated, digital, media driven products and databases for political and financial institutions. Additionally, she served as the Director of Information Systems at The Flood Insurance Agency, where she independently developed, implemented, and maintained the corporate financial database; with efforts promoting to heading the company’s internal Information Technology department.
Palveshey academic background is comparable to her vast professional history. She holds three Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science (B.A.), Mathematics (B.S.), and Linguistics from the University of Florida, two Master’s degrees in International Finance (M.A.) and Software Engineering (M.S.) from Harvard Business School and a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Quantum Computing & Device Physics from Yale Graduate School of Applied Physics.
