Tobin McComas serves as Vice President of Development for the Chamber. Prior to joining, he spent three years with Openfinance, the first compliant trading platform for blockchain based securities. While there, he led the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams working closely with issuers, transfer agents, and other ecosystem participants. Tobin’s earlier career spanned two highly complex industries: Capital Markets and Healthcare.
