Caroline heads the OECD’s work on blockchain, assessing its policy implications & building solutions to ensure governments across the world can access and respond to the opportunities and challenges it raises. In this capacity, she has also developed a training programme for policymakers on DLT, leads an advisory board of global blockchain experts, and coordinates a network of project leads across the OECD relating to blockchain in topics as diverse as competition policy, SMEs, the environment, data privacy and the sustainable development goals.
