Laurian Cristea is General Counsel at ErisX. He was most previously Senior Vice President at LCH. Clearnet where he was regulatory counsel and responsible for the relationship with US regulators. Prior to LCH. Clearnet, he was an attorney in the Division of Market Oversight with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). His work experience also includes positions at NYSE Euronext, U.S. Bankruptcy Court (SDNY) and as a Summer Associate in the CFTC’s Division of Enforcement. Mr Cristea holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
